Westgate and Birchington Golf Club was formed in 1896 and has matured over the years, making a pleasant round of golf with scenic views. Overlooking the North Sea, the Essex coast can be seen on clear days and a profusion of Sea birds around the course. The course is flat and not too long, making it a good test for players of all ages and abilities.
