1. Worth a go
Played a couple of rounds at Luffenham Heath at the end of last week in a Society. If you're ever in the region of Rutland Water I recommend it.
Weather was windy (and late on, wet) when we were there but the course was surprisingly good. Greens could have been better and they need to spend a bit on the changing rooms!
Sure Mac would approve as I think it was originally a Harry Colt updated by James Braid.
Mixed day with an 82(!) followed by a 72.
